Description:

Ezra definitely has some yellow lab in him but the other part may be forever a mystery. He has enough skin for another dog and jowls that spill over his collar. With paws that are too big
for him, he lumbers across the kitchen as we try to teach him to fetch.

House training is progressing well, he is pooping outside and most of the time piddling outside. Ezra doesn't ask to go outside but when outside he knows the drill.He would probably do well with bell training to let you know when he has to go out. When he sleeps on his side he snores like a freight train.

Ezra is a happy go lucky puppy, true to a lab he is just glad to be alive, finds everything interesting and loves everyone. We do not have cats so I can't say how he would react to them. He gets along well with the older dogs in our house. Even though he is getting bigger he still loves to sit on my lap and cuddle while giving puppy kisses.

He will make an amazing dog for some lucky home!!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
